Our state-of-the-art building was designed from the ground up and incorporates best practices from BMW’s factories, R&D centers and service facilities in both Germany and the United States. The result is a streamlined and efficient repair experience for both our technicians and customers.
Clean. We believe that a clean and organized workplace is an efficient one. We also hand wash, vacuum and clean the wheels of all cars before pick-up.
Comfortable. Our waiting area is equipped with custom-designed furniture and a selection of current BMW related publications.
Convenient. We are located in North Berkeley, close to Interstate 80 and the North Berkeley BART station. We offer early morning and after-hours drop off and pick up as well as a free local shuttle service and loaner BMWs at no charge.
Secure. After a car is dropped off, a staff member brings it to a secure area in the back of the building, over a hundred feet from the street.
Environmentally Responsible. Special care is taken to minimize the environmental impact of the service and repair process. Everything is recycled. Even our car wash bay is designed with the environment in mind: wash water is collected in a bermed wash bay and is directed to a water treatment plant.
